What will a Tree-Mindful Now Course do for me?
Week 1: “Mindfulness of Breathing.” You’ll be able to tune into your breath at any time and learn to be more present and calm.
Week 2: “Mindfulness of the Senses.” Learn to use all of your senses to take in life, and learn to be more grounded.
Week 3: “Mindfulness of Self Compassion.” Find proven ways to comfort yourself where you are, and help yourself move through hard things.
Week 4: “Mindfulness of connection.” Practice connecting with others in healthy ways for a happier, more fulfilling life!
