Who I Am

I Am a woman who loves to notice the little things in life. Being a meditation coach, photographer, and birth doula, have helped me to do this.

I have had a mindfulness practice for 8 years. I have been trained in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), and I am in the process of becoming a certified Mindfulness Meditation Coach.
